Meet Jerry

Jerry is originally from Chicago, and grew up eating Chicago Style Hot Dogs. It was his childhood dream to open up a hot dog shop of his own, and after losing his job as an airline mechanic, he decided it was time to live the dream. Jerry personally prepares your meal, ensuring that everything is in the right place and that your experience is just as good as his fondest childhood memories. He's the first to admit that he may be a bit obsessive with his approach, but it produces the results he is after. And if you don't finish your meal, be prepared to explain yourself.

Jerry runs the grill and his wife Maria takes orders (and does just about everything else). Occasionally the couple get help from their two sons, Jerry and Nicky.
